Spruce Mtn Ranch - Ashlyn + Luke

This was hands down my favorite wedding of the year (besides my own of course). From the picturesque ranch setting at Spruce Mountain (near Larkspur, CO) to the highly energetic dance crowd that had me voluntarily filming way past my contracted time, this wedding was SO. MUCH. FUN.

First of all, check out his bride! She’s bubbly, beautiful, and funny AF. I show up and she’s just as calm as a cucumber and sipping on some cocktails. After getting the tour of the property, I settled right in knowing that today was going to be special.

I then met her hubby for their first look. Luke was full of smiles and was quick to tear up when he saw his bride. After hearing the two exchange letters they wrote for one another, I knew this was a match made to last the tests of life. I can’t help but choking up as I watch this video edit and ease drop on their words to one another. Truth be told, their first dance song (Tyler Childers’ Lady May) was so moving, that my wife and I chose the exact same song for our first dance. Hey! I know it wasn’t original, but it was inspiring!
